- Upfront Payment is required before designs will commence. Quotes valid for 30 Days.
- Designs to be completed on a first come, first serve basis
- Any additional work to be quoted separately
- Lead-time: A minimum of 2 working days per bathroom once designs commences. Extra time will be required for more complex design work. Sales Consultants to confirm starting date of design with the Design Studio.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Design Studio & Ferreiras Décor World reserve the right to use visuals and/ or designs for advertising or demonstration purposes.
- Any additional printing over and above stipulated quantities will be charged at standard commercial rates.
- The Design Studio will not be responsible for material quantities, the material schedules is an estimated quantity as per design layout.
- The pattern layout of the tiles is a concept and Ferreiras will not be liable to reproduce the layout on site. This requirement should be discussed with the relevant tiler.
- The scope of our work does not extend to installation and / or building contractual work.
- No cost to the client if they purchase tiles from Ferreiras Décor World on final product purchase (I.E. Not Deposit / Transport)
- 2 Revisions allowed for Option 1, 2 & 4. Thereafter all changes will be charged at R300.00 p/h Excl Vat.
- No Revisions allowed for Option 3. All changes will be charged at R300.00 p/h Excl Vat.
- Per Option 1 or/and 2 will be credited against the final invoice amount above R20 000.00
- Per Option 1, 2 or/and 3 combined will be credited above R35 000.00 against the final invoice amount.
